That doesn't seem too bad, good to know that you can see signs of her having issues before it becomes dangerous for her. Get well soon Jin x

Day One: She is not eating normal food – fortunately she loves the baby food/Critical Care mixture. I have three goos on this at the moment (Jin, Rei and now Ichi is eating it too).

At least she is eating that! How do you feed it to them?

I mix up the food and then drop a spoonful for each on a little plate.

Took Jin in to the vet because she was drooling. She had another spur removed today. It was on the lower right premolar.

I'm so glad she is doing well!! That's a relief. How about you? With Jin being trimmed and now Peridot looking a little poorly, it's been a stressful day.

Jin started drooling again and selectively eating, so I took her to the vet today. He removed one spur that was growing under Jin's tongue from a lower right molar, and a couple of very small ones on the other side of her face.

Took Jin in to the vet today. She's still eating hard food but she is looking like she has lost a bit of weight.
The vet found a spur on her right side and removed it. It was not very big yet. Caught it soon and agreed that, with Jin's history, it is best to have her checked regularly and have the spurs removed earlier rather than later. I think this makes sense because it means that she is under sedation for a shorter time, there will be less strain on her jaw, and she is in a healthier condition making it less likely that anything will go awry during the procedure.
