www.johnhopewell.co.uk/default.asp?template=productimage.page.xml&productid=129Does anyone have these? I think they would be ideal for my set up and goos but really would like to see them in action / situ. Do you have any pics or videos so I can see how they might work? I can use them to separate the shelving for now but would really like to use them to attach cages together. If there is a gap of around 4mm between cages would I need an additional tube etc or is there an overlap on the actual pop hole? Any pics or videos of how they work would be appreciated, ta much all in advance x

Dusty The pop-holes are great, brilliant for isolating areas. They are 2-piece, the plate with the hole has tabs that you bend over around the wire to hold the pophole onto the cage. For joining cages, the tabs might just be long enough, or not. You'd possibly need to ask Mr Hopewell if he could make you a pophole with longer tabs, or some other custom solution. The image here may or may not be helpful - the attachment tabs are on the top edge here. (This pophole is attached to a square of wire mesh, which is then screwed to a piece of aluminium, which is in the window frame...to make a degu-flap to some cages outside!) www.flickr.com/photos/78491539@N03/10884506333/

I have one bottomless cage on topic my pophole. If you wanted to connect two layers of mesh you would need two popholes and could either push them together or build a tube for in between
