Hi,
I am pretty new to degu ownership and while things are going well I found this forum and was very happy to know I have somewhere to go if I have any worries. So far although you may not know it everyone on here has been so helpful!
I love the fact that you call them goo's! In my family we call them Doogs which is short for doogoos after my neice (7) wrote me a note thanking me for letting her hold my doogoos. So if you see me write doogs you know what I am talking about.

I love your photo of your degus. The first two look like they are in one of those chacha dancing lines (?), first degu saying, "Come on!! Lets dance! Grab on will ya!" second degu "Ya, ya, I'm here already!" but not really enthused about the whole idea, while the third looks like he's looking on and thinking, "you wouldn't catch ME doing that!"
