Hi everyone, (degu still sick but, at this point, it's just going to be a life-long problem)
So, I'm starting my gardening in my balcony and as always, I do edible things (mostly).
I bought dandelion seeds but only realized it's a kind of salad, is it ok to feed my degus ?
I am going to put some red poppies on the balcony for bees, so I'm also wondering if my degus could partake ?
Otherwise, I have several aromatic herbs going on : chervil, parsley, dill, thyme, coriander, mint, several kind of basils (purple, thai, vietnamese, holy, lime) and several kind of perilla (green shiso, thai shiso, korean shiso).
Would it all be ok to feed them ? (Though I did see some being on the first page, I figured I may as well put really everything lol) Otherwise, I can limit them to the fresh calendula haha

Dandelion, chervil, parsley, dill, thyme, coriander, and basil are safe. Mint is OK in small quantities. Poppy and perilla are not safe. (I can't find anything specific to perilla greens for degus, it's toxic to ruminants, so I'll just say not safe)
