ok, first off you need to keep males and female chins in separate rooms, as the male will fight when your females come into season.
You should have quite a good chance of them going in together, but just do it slowly and allow them play time out of their cages first, before putting them in together. A good start is to have their cages next to each other, not touching as they can get hurt through the bars, and see how it goes from their. i also use the same sand bath for both, obviously not at the same time, but they will smell the same.
good luck and let us know how you get on x

Thankyou for your advice,I will do it all very slowly and Im sure they will get on .
I cant believe how my degus have gone from 2 to now 4 who are now living together,I adopted the two from adoption zone.My chins have gone from two who I adopted to 5as I want them to have company ,I am now looking for a baby female to go with another baby. I just love them all so much and the baby chins are adorable!!! I now have four massive cages in my living room, and my family love it. Sorry for going on about it.
