ive just brought a Chin-Chiller but for my goos because they are getting quite hot, as there is no wind/breeze in our town at the moment. its got no instructions on the back or anything, have i got to put it in the fridge coz its not very cool at the moment? and i know there meant for chins so can anyone help me please? thank you for any help x

yep you can put chin-chillers in the fridge to make them extra cool for your little guys. I have just been into P@H this afternoon and they are selling ice pods (along the same lines but go in the freezer instead) for half price (£4.99 ish)

thank you my goos havent quite worked out what it is yet. at the moment they are using it as a toilet aha!! gona need a good clean!! x

You can also pop them in the freezer for a little while BUT please make sure you wipe off the dry ice Another trick is get some ice blocks , the are blue and can be used in cool bags etc ( they are about £1 for 2 ) freeze them and then place in a biscuit tin ( that way they cannot be chewed) on top of the cage
