Well, Kim and I checked Spyros front teeth again today and they have grown back with a vengeance! cant believe how quickly they are back to normal, its quite scary!
I tried my two boys together again yesterday, letting them out in the bathroom. Vespa panicked a bit and Spyro was nasty and chased him a couple of times. Tried again tonight giving them the run of the lounge and hall and bathroom (I live in a flat like place) and it was a different story, they ran around ignoring each other for the most part, met a few times sniffing and then going their separate ways again, there was one or two chases but nothing disturbing and they both seemed quite happy. Spyro went to sleep for a while on the floor whilst Vespa amused himself zooming around, getting into everything he shouldnt! Vespa then took himself off back to his cage and Spyro sat outside it looking for him for a few minutes and then they sniffed through the mesh and Vespa ran off to his new wheel! I spent a fortune and got him a metal flying saucer, worth every penny though!
They must have been out for a good hour or so and nothing of any note really happened, am hoping that this is a good sign that with a lot more introductions like this, they may eventually decide to like each other?

Well, my chins Vespa and Spyro seem quite happy to run around outside their cages with each other, they tend to ignore each other a lot, there isnt any chasing but they get a bit nervous when they get very close to each other.
Any ideas on what to do with them as they dont seem to be making any headway? they are more than happy to just run around and ignore each other, eventually I would hope to see the ignoring each other turn into actually acknowledging and liking each other!
Is it best to just keep letting them out and leaving them to their own devices in the hope that they will start becoming interested in the other, I dont want to force anything and have them end up nervous and fighting?

Try using a sand bath at play time.
Don't give them their daily dust bath for a day or so and let them both out together. Put the bath in the middle of the room and see if they will both use the sand bath together.
Have you tried making the area smaller in which they play?

I thought about making the area smaller, unfortunately I cant make it much smaller as it is an open plan area and Vespa jumps all the barriers I try to put up!!!!!!! I will try the sand bath thing. Spyro keeps getting into Vespas home and using his sand bath and I got Vespa to go in Spyros sand bath yesterday. I will shut Vespas cage and put the bath in the middle of the room instead and see what happens, thank you for the ideas!!!!!!

Well I have just shut off as many rooms as I can and the little critters are zooming around my lounge and hall now which has accomplished them pretty much running around the same space. Spyro has chased Vespa once after Vespa either ran into him or jumped on him (didnt see what happened other than Vespa crashing into Spyros bum!), Vespa is quite literally bouncing off the walls but has had a roll in the sand bath so cant be too disturbed whilst Spyro has taken to shredding my paperwork. They have had a couple of little chases but nothing nasty. Will keep letting them out like this until they get used to sharing the space :-) Maybe its sharing the smaller space together but they have both become mega hyper and extremely naughty tonight, little b*ggers.

Not bad eh? Would take most people 2 minutes but it took me forever to put together, havent used microsoft paint since school - a very long time ago!
Gonna have to revamp it again soon when I can get the new baby gerbs in a pic x
