Can anyone recommend places or websites to buy degu cage accessories? I'm having trouble so far - pet shops are far too expensive and the places I shop on the internet don't really cater for chinchilla/degu cages. Where do you buy your degu accessories? I've seen some great cages on here, many of you have the same cage as me - my degus came from a lady who couldn't keep them any more, and they came with next to no accessories - all the food and bedding they needed. don't get me wrong - but their cage is pretty bare. I've bought them a hammock and some willow toys, a stone and a sand bath. Their cage is the one on the right, the one on the left houses my two gerbils.

i bet u get easily distracted while on that computer!
anyway you could try ebay sometimes the stuff is expensive and sometimes you can get quite a good deal, if you work out how much it would cost u in a shop and compare with postage etc another website which could be of help is kelkoo.co.uk it has a pet section and u can compare prices on a particular product you want from all the places that do it. erm well probably pet shops are the best anyway, one that wen i went into last that had quite good prices was Jollies or Jollys in enfield in middlesex? its a really large shop with good variety, but this was quite sometime ago, so i dont kno waot its like now hope that will give you some help

Hi Try 'Zooplus'. They have all sorts of things. Their products and degu food are quite reasonable. You could also try some of the natural wood perches for birds. My degus love chewing and sitting on them.

Hello there! One website I use all the time is this: www.chinchillas2shop.co.uk/They have tons of stuff for degus and everything that is suitable for degus is even labelled as being so! :-) I use this shop all the time for my degus and my chins, they are really friendly and I'd recommend them again and again. The sleep n' ledges on there are realllly popular with mine, as well as the apple sticks etc. I also got a wooden house from this ebay seller: click here..they fill that with their bedding and newspaper and seem to really enjoy it.
