I was browsing around on zooplus, and I found this: www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/birds/bird_cages_and_accessories/cage_accessories/nesting/14335It's a natural fibre nesting material still in its pod, and it mentions on the site that it's okay for rodents. I think my girls would enjoy ripping this to bits and filling their nest, but I was wondering if anyone here had tried giving their degus this or something similar, or if anyone can think of a good reason why it wouldn't be suitable for degus.

Hi, I give this to my Sun's[parrots] and they love it, me, I love it too.....it stays in one piece[more or less] so it doesn't make too much mess. I will try it with my boys when I get a new one and let yo know how they get on.
