Teemu, just to clarify, the male/father was neutered already, two weeks after the female delivered the first litter of pups . . . he is safe now, as is she from any further pregnancies. The little one is the female pup in the new litter. Ah, right! Apologies, I misunderstood what was going on. Then probably ignore all of that

If I understood correctly, we thought we bought two boys too. We checked ourselves, but we didn't know that they genetals look the same kinda. After not full 2months having them, she gave birth... Her name was Goku even. i called where we bought them. And they wanted to fix something for that mistake. So the store paid for neutering and gave us free stuff. But while we were waiting for neutering.. bam shes pregnat again. I still talk to people who I gave first babie degus. And now I talk to girl who will take two boys. She already has 5 degus, 3 girls and one boy. So the boy will have new friends. She introduce them. The girl has two dogs, 3 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits, horses. Basically little girl loves animals. I just came home and the girl is so small... Like too small it seems.. when we had first litter of 2 girls and one boy, yeah boy was bigger, but girls were notmal size too to theys age. But now my little girl is soo small... I think I will name her the same name as my mom dog, witch I gave her the name ' Maže' it means ''little girl'' cuz in Lithuanian language almost all words have e gender. But I want too make a name a bit different ' Mažytė ' and it means "little baby girl' idk how to translate it. It the same as 'dog' and 'puppy'
Sadly, it makes sense for her to be really small if she has been pregnant twice already. That will stop her from developing normally and leaver her smaller. The only thing you can really do to help her is to make sure that she has a lot of food available. It would also be good if she could get extra calcium for the pregnancy. Sesame seeds have a lot of it, for example.
You don't need to keep the male separate from her while she's pregnant, but I would ask them to hurry with the neutering, because it's possible for her to get pregnant quickly after giving birth (as you've noticed). So it would be best if the boy is neutered by the time she gives birth. The neutering also takes some time to take effect, so it might be necessary to separate them for some time, depending on how quickly they get it done.
Sorry that I am late. But the boy was neutered in the biggening of summer, two weeks after the first birth. So in those two weeks she got pregnant again. Dad really loves his kids, he takes care of them more then mommy does. He is always makeing sure that they are ok.

Yes, I didn't do a very good job reading through, so I misunderstood. Everything seems to be well in order!
