Does anyone know where I could get anything to create divides in a cage that can be opened and closed? I think John Hopewell used to do something like it - they were either circles or squares that could be secured and then opened.

You could make a panel with a door in it from mesh amd wood, but there's no way I'm aware of without DIY. Alternatively, you could just put a divider in and remove it when not needed?
If you're looking to connect two, I've done it by removing mesh, cutting a metal panel to fit, and used the ferplast ferret tubes so they could run between the two.

The john hopewell ones are called popholes if that helps, has his business closed now? I've never seen them anywhere else, so it's probably a DIY job.

John shut his business a couple of years ago, due to ill health. There are still a couple of items available on his site as he gets rid of stock, but that's it.

He doesn’t have the pop holes anymore 😔 Have any of you ever made your own?

I have made cage dividers, but not ones with pop through holes. Because I fully intended to remove them at some point, I didn't worry about the pop through. What I used were cooling racks like you would use for baking. I used heavy duty wire to lock them in place, and used two racks a centimetre apart to create a gap between to keep toes and tails safe.
