Okay so I wanted to know if you guys notice any behaviour change during this type of year/weather with all your degus or just one?

It's hard to say....
Dixie always slows down when the weather is cold/wet because I think he has a touch or arthritis in one of his back legs. He sprained it a couple of years ago, then got it caught in the wire ramps and had to be rescued. Luckily I was at home so he was only there about a minute, but I thinkit gives him a bit of jip from time to time.
Reggie is just coming out of adolescence, so she's calming down anyway. Plus I haven't had her a full year yet, so I'm not sure how she is in winter.
Both Pixie and Bumblebee used to slow down a bit in winter if I recall, Bumblebee certainly did.

My two have been eating more than usual for the past few days. That’s about it as far as I’ve noticed.

Mine would always eat more and do less at this time of year.

I don't think it really matters, it's just something that happens with some degus and not others, not anything to worry about. I live quite far north so there is going to be a bigger difference in daylight between summer and winter here than where you are.

I'm even further north than you Moletteuk, some days we rarely see the sun at all in the winter.
