Just wondering for the life of me I can't remember if it was suggested that you freeze your hay before giving it to ur doos.
Does anyone here that?
I get the timothy hay from pets at home

I don't, because I don't have a chest freezer.
Some members have frozen various aspects of food before, when they've had moth infestations. The freezing process kills any eggs that may have been laid, as well as wax worms.

You shouldn't need to freeze hay that has been sold in smaller bags for small animals.
