And yes I have an idea on what forage is which I have quite a few bits.. I have the Timothy hay mixed with rose, flower mix, apple twigs, black currant leaves and dried parsley however feel free to send more suggestions my way. I do find they are not overly keen on fresh veg though 🤔

Fresh veg isn't important if they are eating forage. There are loads of forage options in the thread I linked you earlier, it's just a case of getting some and trying them. Meadow plants like dandelion, plantain, blackberry leaves, flowers like cactus flowers, marigold and mallow, loads of kitchen herbs (in smaller amounts), my lot like tree leaves, different grass type products like Readigrass and oat grass and mine like alfalfa.
They can have a couple of pinches a day each of coriander and fennel seed. Other ones you can get from the supermarket are celery seed, cumin, sesame and poppy seed.
