Well it had to happen one day. Just revamped the girls cage but had to move them out while i built their extension. Sadly as hector is blind she was very upset when i picked her up and she bit me. arrrrrrrr Blood and very sore finger. On brighter note cage looks fab. Have added on to the self built wooden cage so that my other to girls can live next door to my first 3 i the hopes that in a few weeks they can all live together. Does this work will they in time be happy all together. They have been sniffing each other and talking. Any advice would be great I'm so glad they don't bite very offen as it hurts lots.

I know how you feel Degumagic!
My wife put her hand into the cage while I was vacuuming (yes, yes, yes, ;D a man who knows how to use a vacuum cleaner ! ) and it nipped her finger. No blood and very brief. It is the first time ever though that either Hill or Croft have bitten and we think it was the noise of the vacuum cleaner that may have had her on edge.
Still feels awful though, hopefully never again.

Hiya Degumagic! I've had these two for just over a year now. Splendid fun watching them; very relaxing. I particularly enjoy changing their cage around from time to time: mental stimulation for they and I both. My wife is OK; it was nothing a quick bout of 'pucker repair surgery' couldn't put right.
