I am a new owner of 4 male goos. My question is how do you tell them apart? I have one of them named as he is my most confident, climbing up my arm and sitting on my shoulder, but the other three are hard to tell apart. They all have different personalities so I think I know who each one is, but I would like to be certain ;D Anyone have any secrets? Thank you

I haven't gotten the knack of it yet. I can tell two of them apart (one's got cataracts in both eyes, the other has a cataract in his right eye, is adult-sized and has a snub of a tail) but the only way I can tell Pip and Venk apart is the fact that Pip has a line on his nose where he started bar chewing at one point! They used to be easy to tell apart until Venk became more confident with me.

I tell mine apart by the fact that Dobby has a full fluffy tail where as Monty has a tiny bold tip, he's always had it so I guess it's just how it grew.
Still difficult at times tho if they are moving to quick to see there tails.
It really easy at the moment because they had a fight an Dobby has a black patch of fur on his back and on his nose where he's got scrabs healing.
Good lck on looking for a distinguishing feature.

Personality can be one of the best ways of determining who is who. As you get to know them better and better, you can often tell just by they way they move, interact with each other, the look they give you . . . all kinds of factors that set them apart from each other.

I'd love a grey one lol. (blue) such a unique & beautiful colour. I saw a Degu in my local p@h the other day that was brown/blue patches totally unique and beautiful. Unfort she was a girl and my boys aren't very friendly with each other ATM let alone a new friend.
