I do not know if the price is okay for what is offered.
But concerning the question of willow: it should be okay as there aren't big differences in the types of willow. Besides, I think for this rodent stuff they will only use the most common types.

just take a walk around, you can use oak and birch , they are everywhere!

Or acer trees... And willows are in fact a good choice. Here at the riverside we have sandy beach and many willows we use for our guinea pigs.
