i bought a giant rolly this weekend for my Goos and it just wont spin very freely and sparkle is having problems gettting it started rang p@h and they said it's just how these wheels are and if it doesnt free up to take it back, i've olive oiled the axle and and tube that it goes through and a mate has had a nail file and a knife at it this has freed it up a bit but still it's not spinning as it should
has anyone else had issues?

I had one of those and it lasted less than 2 weeks before the spindle broke. I would take it back.

take it back! we had one of these which was too hard for our boys to turn at first so we loosened it by hand and after only a few weeks it was squeaking unbearably and leaning at a silly angle making it hard for them to run in it. we have a wooden one from zooplus which is much better - although they have chewed it a lot! last time i looked they only had smaller ones - ours is 29 cm i think and is ideal for them to run in (and get up a lot of speed!)

Believe me worst wheel on the market. I'd rather my goo's have to run separatley then run on one of those death traps, at the back the plastic cracked and fell off and they ran away with the pieces, luckily i got the pieces before they did any damage :@

I too have one of these (on the advice of p@h), when we first tried to use it like everyone else it was too stiff!! So I took it apart and sanded down the shaft a little. Now (about 6 weeks later) it is soooo noisy and it's very wobbly, my good have a bit of trouble having a good run as they end up being wobbled off I am now looking at the silent spinner but the large one looks too big in the shop and the medium looks too small. Does anyone have one as I would like to know which is best? I would not advise anyone to buy the rolly wheel-it is very unstable (that's my findings anyway).

she's got it spinning this morning, so it's serving it's purpose for now, I guess we live and learn (and spend a lot in p@h in the mean time ^_^ )
