Mine took a good 3 weeks to realise how to use their wheel, and is she on her own? You should keep degus in pairs or more.
Show her, sit her on the wheel and move it a bit. if that doesnt work use yourt fingers like legs and run on it!

If she is alone it could be due to depression, you should have Degus in at least a pair. If she is not alone then it could be a number of things. Where did you get her from?Could you check with previous owner/pet shop if she has always been inactive?

So has she been active since you have had her?If she lives with a male, could be a good chance she is pregnant though.

Maltese degulover unfortunatly getting degus from petshops there is a high chance they are related the majority of petshops use big breeder centres that go all over the place there are several breeder centres nasty places I know if in the uk animals are having litters there which they are made to kept in tiny confined boxes just about able to turn round they have litter after litter then the babies driven miles and miles in nasty non temperature controlled vans they then are taken to the petshops and bought by members of the public siblings can end up in different petshops people buy to perhaps breed and thus likely to pass on genetic problems. It would be far better to have gone to a degu breeder who knows their genetic lines and can help with advice etc. There is so many unwanted animals out there breeding what happens to the babies where will they go? What if someone buys from you then a little while later you see the babies in a rescue centre. The female sounds like she's pregnant. The male needs to be neutured so more babies aren't born. I'm not having a go or telling you what to do you only have to go through the Internet to find the amount of animals needing new homes all over the world.

i;ve kept out of this one, but totally agree with smux and sarah.
From your grammar, i don't think your very old, maybe i;m wrong, but you really need to think about these poor animals.
When smux said re-home them, he didn't say throw them in the bin, did he?
If you are going to breed, you need to know their history, and as sarah has said, you will never know this, from buying from pet shops.
If i was you, i would separate the male and female. Wait to see if your female is pregnant, she may not be, i had a female live with males for 2 months, and she never had a litter. But if yours does, you could put the males with their dad, and keep the females with their mom.
But, if you do decide they are to complex for you, then please don't hesitate to offer them on here, some of us have years of owning, goo's, i;ve had mine since the end of 2009.
And please don't feel you can't ask anymore questions, if you do decide to keep them, at the end of the day, we are here for the goo's not you

I think you might find he's not English...Maltese degu lover...
I think the language barrier might be causing a few problems here.
I do agree though, breeding isn't a great idea, but he may intend to just have one litter and then separate the males and females...

None of us are vets, so can not say 100% if she is or is not, but it does sound like she is. The others are only pointing out things as you seem concerned she may die, which of course I am sure you do not. But if she is kept in a cage with a that male, she will die unless he or she is fixed. They are not trying to go off the question, they are just pointing out she could die if you do not think through what you are doing. You could soon have over 3 times as many degus as you have now, do you have a big enough cage for up to 10? Each litter can be anything up to 8 babies, as soon as those 1-8 are born, she could become pregnant again, is your cage now big enough for upto 18?You could soon even get to the stage where before you now it you are in the position you say you tried to avoid by having inbreeding degus. I would seperate them now, regardless of if she is pregnant or not. Though that of course means you will have to decide whether to get rid of one or buy each a new partner of the same sex, though of course you could also soon have a litter to add to that decision. But unless you seperate them now you will have litter after litter after litter.
