had my degus for week a week and a half

There are two of my four boy degus that have been fighting for the last week, but now Rocco cant stop chasing Nippy trying to fight all the time is this normal until they sort out whose boss?

Hi swan,
they prob will keep fighting until a dominant one emerges I'm afraid. How bad is the fighting? They do like to box each other standing on their hind legs and chittering at each other. This is ok fighting, they won't really hurt each other. If they get so they're rolling around locked in a furry ball that's fighting that could be harmful and may need intervention. Hope that helps a bit. :-)

mainly back flip kicks and boxing Rocco's got two bite marks on his back ill only intervene when there locked up don't want them to start from square one again thanks for the advice
