I have a litter that was born last Mon, and the female is doing fine. She has 3 other adults to help her watch the pups.(Which are now moving from nest to nest on their own).
Is you girl by herself? This might be why she isn't getting out to eat or drink, since she's keeping the pups warm. Maybe you could move her feed and her water closer to her.
Hopefully, someone with much more experience than I will show up soon. Good luck.

I had a single Degu mom. She was pretty harried trying to care for all 8 of her puppies by herself. I made sure her food bowl and water supply was full and right beside the nesting box so she only had to stick her head out for food or water. I too would be concerned about your mom not drinking even more than her not eating. Can you get her some fresh dandelion greens to entice her to eat? They would be a source of water for her too.
