Just to let you know one of the females I suspected was pregnant had 4 healthy little pups today! They are already fumbling around the nest trying to explore. Bless Too early to sex them yet but if anyone in the Essex area is interested The other female is very very pregnant, we can feel little feet and noses in her belly! I predict another birth within the next few days. Sooo happy!!!! Will put pics up tonight once I've uploaded them

Congratulations!! Sounds like you are going to be having a very busy household over the next 8 to 12 weeks!! Lots of warm little bodies to cuddle (or can you do that with active babies?) and love! You're going to have lots of fun!
Just a question. Have you looked at the openings between the bars on your cage? Babies can fit through openings as small as 2.5cm x 2.5cm. If they start escaping on you, it will get rather "exciting", in a hair raising way, around your place.

Thankyou I cant wait to watch them grow up, want to keep them!! Have posted pics of the little'uns under 'Parents and Babies'! I have attatched cardboard around the bottom of all 4 sides going about 5 inches up, so hopefully my little explorers wont be straying too far! They are all out and about already, they look soooo cute investigating the world. One sniffed a little piece of broccolli! ;D ;D ;D
