Crikey Emz, bun bun has really grown! He is still adorable though, looks very comfortable there all stretched out!
My OH had 3 corn snakes when we first got together (one orange, one brown and one grey), they have all since passed away from old age but I was always fascinated (and terrified) when he used to feed them their mice. I used to love going and buying the frozen mice. I remember one time I went to buy them and the lady serving me hadn't sold frozen mice before and was totally horrified! Especially as she had pet mice. You'd think that would be something to expect working in a pet shop though?! Another time the lady and her daughter behind me were not impressed with the frozen mice, hehe! Made me chuckle.

That's silly! I mean snakes have to eat too, you'd expect that they'd realise that whilst at a pet store. Though the snake, tarantula and beardies are now back where they belong in their new house with their mummy and daddy as of Wednesday. My bunny will soon have company as I don't want him to get lonely when we're busy or out: It's a little black lionhead female. Will be kept separate until bunny can be neutered and till she's a bit bigger anyway to avoid any injury. Was just out buying all the extra stuff (more food, another bed, extra water bottle, etc.) as soon she shall be mine! I was thinking about calling her pomme cause she looks like a pom pom lol. Was the only female out of my entire friends litter.

Due to my friend who bred her having to move, she hasn't been potty trained like bunny was before I got him - so she will be a bit more work I think. She is a gem though, and bun bun keeps making low buzzing noises and staring at her from his cage. I think he may have a bit of bunny love. When he came out he was sat by the side of her pen sniffing her and licking her fur lol. He did then nibble her and startle her and he got told off by alpha rabbit (me) and set back into his house to cool his hormones off. They'll probably be separate until mid-June as then she'll be old enough to be spayed. So I am hoping by summer they'll both be snuggled up!

I'm not surprised he's fallen for her she is super cute! I love lionhead buns, one of my brother's house rabbits, Bentley, is a lionhead and he's just gorgeous!
I'm sure they'll make a lovely, loving pair once they've bonded!
