He's so cute. He's sure got some ears on him! Seems like he's going to be a very sploiled little bunny! He looks like a 'Dave' to me! lol.

He is absolutely adorable!! From your photo and sometimes on the video, he looks like he is sort of an orangey colour on top of his back, and then chocolate everywhere else. In Canada we have an orange chocolate ball (do you have them there too? I think US has them as well) called Terry's Chocolate Orange. (They are YUMMY!!!) Anyway, that was the first thing I thought of as soon as I saw him. I would be inclined to call him Terry because of that. OR Peter because of the way he stands up to look through the "fence" and into your room. He's too cute! Yup, we have them here too, I could easily sit and eat my way through one of those right now...mmm... I think Terry is a brilliant name!!! It seems to 'go' quite well with Steve and Felix too!

All those suggestions are pretty good. I will run them by my boyfriend later and see what he thinks. He certainly does have some ears on him. He is very sweet though and tame already. I was off feeling a bit ill today so I called the vets and got him sorted for a check up this Thursday just to be on the safe side. I can;t stop watching him though I will miss him when I go to work tomorrow! I tend to lean in and give him a pet a few times an hour lol. His back is a lighter brown, which in certain light does come off as orange! So terry is a possibility. Before was so cute, he was holding the ball in his mouth and running about with it to make it jingle! ;D Also I agree with terry's chocolate oranges being delicious. ;D

This is a great thread! I currently have two dogs, Ella (chihuahua mix) and Kayla (yorkshire terrier). Both are rescues, Ella from a shelter and Kayla from a puppy mill. Kayla actually smiles too, like a few other people have said about their dogs here.
I have two c*ckatiels, Charlie (who is actually a girl, but named by her previous owners who thought she was a boy), and Milo.
Eight mice - Holly, Ivy, Iris, and Petal in one cage (all family, Holly is mom to the others), Bud, Blossom, and Poppy who get called the "myco girls" because Bud has a pretty serious case. It has actually damaged her lungs and stunted her growth so she's tiny. Then my only boy, Cadbury, who is gigantic and squishy.
Lastly, besides my goos, is Jack, my hairless hamster. He is actually pretty ancient, but he's hanging in there!
And then of course my two degus, Fred and George. I would love to have rats, but another large cage is out of the question right now. So, that's my zoo!

Ok, I don't actually own these two - but I am baby sitting them for someone who is having land lord issues (he suddenly doesn't want them having pets though he use to not mind.) So I decided to share a picture of my temp residents the bearded dragons.

I think they look gorgeous too! I love how comfy the second one looks, leaning on his branch. Must be catching some very satisfying warm. Ahhhhh . . . gotta love the beach . . . erm . . . branch.

My neighbour has a bearded dragon, very beautiful creatures. I've wanted one myself or a leopard geecko, but too little space to house them

I have found they're a joy - slow moving most of the time for my camera, funny personalities (a bit dim but in a cute way.) I'd have some if I was ok with always having their live food in the house!

yes, that is the only down side to them. When we had our geckos my husband dropped the box of crickets! You've never seen a full grown man, move so fast lol

Lol! I imagine. My boyfriend won't even touch the live food (some sort of worms with weird little legs on the front of their body) - I have to do it. My boyfriend managed to catch a good shot of one mid-eating though last night

My OH loves beardys. I like looking at them but keeping them as pets might be another story. Are they soft to touch? They look kind of spikey but I imagine they are sort of soft?!
Lovely pics by the way, I like the one on the branch the best, he (she? I always think of reptiles as boys) has got a proper smile going on there!
Did you name your new bun yet Emz? Any more pics of him, he's such a cutie!

He's smiling because, "Early dragon gets the worm." I know . . . GROAN!! I was watching a broadcast on one of the "animal" stations and they were interviewing a reptile specialist. He said that Blue Skinks are one of the best and easiest reptiles to look after. They don't have to have live food, they are mild tempered, and they don't have to have complex habitat conditions. Made me wonder if that might be something to get for my son . . . but I think I'll wonder a little while longer.

They are actually fairly soft Kins. They feel just like ... Imagine like, a bit of hard human skin and how it feels but slightly bumpy like goose bumps but then the body is quite squishy to touch so they have to be handled with care still. It is an odd combination but they aren't prickly to touch though. They can supposedly sit and watch TV with you and sit on your shoulder.
As for the gender, they're quite young - but the reptile shop told them they were both girls. It's like degus I guess in the sense that sexing them young is a bit of a challenge. The owner and me both think maybe one of them could be a boy though but for now they're both girls!
As for my bunny, I am so bad - I still just call him bun bun lol! I will get some new pictures soon then or try to as he rarely stays still at his age. And I thought snapping the degus was hard enough! I am getting another bunny when he is older from the same people (these people also own the beardies I am showing) so he has a friend but for now he is too young to be neutered. I intend to get a female and have her spayed then introduce them. I cannot call them both bun bun sadly! It may get confusing lol.

As asked for, another picture of bun bun. He's gotten pretty big compared to when we got him at 6 weeks old. He's now 13 weeks. I cannot wait to get him outside a bit on the grass so I can use the daylight for a none noisey picture. That's why I love the lizards vivarium, comes with excellent lighting! ;D Also the snake a few days ago started coming out (it had been fed the day of transport so that she wouldn't move about much as it takes days for a snake to digest their meal so they don't move much) It's called Rakki, which is Japanese for luck (or so the owner told me.) The reason for the name is mentioned here foxymitts.deviantart.com/gallery/10043865#/d2zf7xt - the story is quite interesting, at least I thought it was lol.

Awww everyone has such gorgeous animals! The bearded dragons look lovely, I used to have two leopard geckos, they were great. Really soft like bumpy silk to touch, one of mine used to sit on my shoulder. The food was a challenge!! I don't miss that. Drove my little sis mad as the crickets used to escape the viv! Now I've got my two beautiful goos Daisy and Pepper and Bertie the cat. Bert is so funny, I swear he's been on this earth before as a person. Everyone that meets him loves bert, he's a rescue and that's def given him character. He'll be 12 this year but he'll always be my baby.

Awww...my stepmum has a Bearded Dragon (Carnie) who we have just found out, after 2 years, is actually a boy! She/he is still very small though and moves too fast to be able to wander the house she also recognises the tub of locusts and attacks it before you even get the d**n things out!
