Hi,
I'd like to know, if it is it right, that thimoty hay is common in UK and US? I heard that chinchilla owners in America care to feed this sort of hay. Indeed in Germany this hay is poorly known. In contrast we have hay enriched with dried vegs and herbs, e. g. carrot hay or parsley hay and so on. Which sorts do the pet shops offer?

Timothy hay, Alphalfa ( ) hay, and meadow hay which I think is like volunteer hay. That is really it.

Yeah, I use Timothy hay for my goos to eat, which is very readily available, and have just bought a big bale of 'bedding' hay for them to try out after being inspired by seeing photos of NWR's goos burrows!
You can get all sorts of different hay enriched with chamomile and herbs etc similar to what you mention.
