Does anyone know where i can buy degu nuggets other than pets at home?
After recent events, it really royals me to give them my money, but can't seem to find anyone else that sell nuggets.
I know i can give them the mix food, but hate the waste lol

A few companies have nuggets you can buy online in most stores, www.netpetshop.co.uk/p-27976-supreme-science-selective-degu-food-350g.aspx is one. www.degutopia.co.uk/degudiet.htm has a list of food you can feed a degu, and if you click on the name of the food you can usually get a look at what it looks like in the bag. There is also chinchillas2shop which provides supplemental nuggets you can add to their nugget food to improve their health...worth a shot, although be aware you may end up spending a lot of money there as there's so much choice and they'll all be liked by your degus :-)

I've been there, don't worry...Food@ebay, chinchilla dust@ebay, hay/straw@ebay, treats@c2s, toys@ other stores...and if you give them wood sticks, quite a few people on ebay sell them...pretty much everything you would want from P@H can be bought elsewhere, sometimes cheaper by a little and sometimes by a lot.
If there's any specific thing you need to find another source for (like you did for these nuggets) I'd be happy to look around (or post where I get it from if I do) if you make a post like this one :-)

most private small pet shops will order stuff in for you, especially if they already stock other foods by the same make. Beaphar Xtravital (mix) and Science Selective degu food (nuggets) are pretty easy to get hold of because most shops already stock these makes.
