I give mine the crunchy carrot treats from PaH (they only eat the green ones), porridge oats, mini shredded wheat and puffed rice (massive hit) mixed in with their degu nuggets.
I've just started giving them Gerty Guinea Pig every other day which they love to bury for later.

Herbal Delight is definitely a treat for degus, but a little word of warning. On at least two occasions, pieces of fur (presumably degu fur, but no-one is definitely sure) complete with a piece of hide have been found in bags of woodlands herbal delight (previously known as herbal surprise, so search for that here to find out more)...I'm one of two people who found one, and posted a pic of it.
That said, if your bag is free of the unwelcome addition, it is indeed a delight for degus and goes well as an addition to their food as well as a treat on its own. The chance of you getting a bag with a piece of fur in is very low, but just be aware of it when giving out the stuff as it'll be clearly visible.

Oh, and check out chinchillas2shop.co.uk for supplements you can mix in with their food...they have a large food section and it's got degu-safe stock marked, and a lot of this stuff can just be chucked in with their normal food as a treat and it will also be beneficial to their health in most cases

Hmm, P@H treats that I know are safe:
Parsley woodland stuffed roll and bell Woodlands herbal delight mini alfalfa bales mixed gnaw sticks blackberry and apple sticks dried brocoli dried beetroot and parsnips
Hmm, there are more, but can't think of them right now. Sorry.
Apart from that smux mentioned a fantastic website. Also zooplus has some really good treats. I highly recomend the dandelion roots, mine go mad over it - it's up there with the oats.
