Good luck getting them to eat it though! lol. Mine won't eat veg at all. I keep trying.... *pulls hair out*, lol.

thank you for the help at least i know i can try them on it lol i have guinea pigs and rabbits to so always have loads of veg going so now i can tey them on it lol

Try sprinkling dried herbs over the veg to make them more tempting. Rose petals torn up and mixed in another tempting addition for degus.

Mine all love a bit of dried carrot, it's something you could try...to make it from normal carrot you need to thinly slice a carrot (1-2mm thick circles) and cook them on a baking tray in the oven for many hours on a low heat, it's that or buy a dehydrator...either way, google for "drying vegetables" to find more information.
Dried veg lasts longer but you do need to be aware that they're more of a treat when dried as there's less nutrients and no water compared to the normal vegetable but all of the bad stuff (fibre, salt, sugars if any)
