So I notice this morning she seem tried etc, but when I got back from work. She doesn’t seem herself ,not has active, eyes half closed, not eating much, she’s just buried herself and she’s sneezing bad and itching her ear and shaking her head. I’ve took her to the vets, he can’t find anything he listened her to chest, checked her ears etc felt around her body, nothing. But I know she isn’t herself, she’s usually running on her wheel, she’s been been laid down , her weight yesterday and was about 256 now she’s 245. He’s put her on antibiotics but I’m worried idk what else to do?

I'm so sorry to hear she's not well.
You've done the right thing getting her to the vet. I think the only things you can do at the moment are trying to feed her some CC and maybe putting a heatpad in to keep her warm.
Let us know how she's doing.

Yes, keep her warm and try to make sure she gets food and liquid in her. If she gets cold and goes without food and water, her condition will get worse quickly. Try to also make sure that her environment is as free of irritants (dust, dirt etc) as possible.
Does it look like she has problems moving, or just does not want to?

Try to give her a good feed before you go to work, another when you get back and a third before you go to bed.
Try her with CC, just peanut butter on its own, or a mixture of the two. Whatever she prefers.

I put down a head pad before bed, and she was still laid on it still morning so I left it in while I went to work, hope she hasn’t chewed it 😩, her weight is still the same has she was at the vets, she had a teaspoon and half of cc with her antibiotics this morning she was eating slowly tho, After she’s had enough she we pushing the spoon away with her hand, I was told to treat them all with antibiotics just Incase its whatever it is. She was sat on the heat pad when I left for work, she hating leaving them when they are poorly.

If her weight is the same, at least she hasn't lost any, so that's a positive.
I know its hard, and we want to be there 24 hours a day, but sometimes leaving them to get some rest for a while is the best thing we can do.
You are doing all you can, just keep her warm and carry on with the meds and CC.

The weathers getting colder so they'll all appreciate the heatpad.
Glad she's eating.

Just worried about her, I haven’t seen her drink but I’m making the cc waterly so she’s getting liquids, this morning she was eating her foraging idk how much she had tho but I know she’s not herself. She’s been coming up to the cage door somethings but usually she’s just laid down. Her weight haven’t dropped at all. She’s taking her meds and atleast a few couple of teaspoons each time. Feeding her 3 times a day also leaving her heat pad in all the time warm. She does hide away but comes back out later, She’s not having issues with the others she’s grooming them and they are grooming her, she’s laying with them etc, I need to watch if her Bowles and bladder are working. I seen her get down to do something but I couldn’t find anything, I’ve seen the others do that sometimes and only have a dibble. I think I’m just being paranoid. Just scared and worry, I went through this with coco and it didn’t end well and it’s broke me, idk what to do, I’m currently at work x

I know its hard, but you are doing all you can. If she's eating the CC she will naturally be eating less forage, and as you say, there's water in the CC so she will also not need to drink as much. But she could be eating and drinking when you're at work so you won't spot it.
As for her bowels etc, have a quick look at her bum to see if she's managing to keep herself clean.
