So I noticed hazel had a bad eye white discharge and eye is little bit smaller. Took her to the vets we tried an antibiotic eye drops hasn’t work so I thought it might be a dental issue, fast forward a week hazel has her dental. They only find spurs etc on the left side and she has a sore on her tongue. So she has a liquid antibiotic, the bad eye is the right one. 4 days after her dental her eye is still running with discharge. I’m completely out of ideas of what’s happening . Any advice you guys can give me.

Did the vets have any idea about what it is? Do they think it's an infection or something else? If it is an infection, it could be something more stubborn than normal, or an uncommon strain that the antibiotic is not effective against. Did the drops affect the situation at all, or was there basically no change?
Other things that come to mind would be that it is not an infection, and is caused by some type of irritation. Have you changed their bedding, or introduced any new things to their cage lately? Have you used some type of cleaning product or other chemical near the cage? Or something else that might have changed lately.
Does the discharge seem like pus, or is it more like just eye booger? Does it have a noticeable smell of some sort, and how runny is it (basically, is it more like a liquid discharge or just goop)? Does it seem like her eye itself has been affected, is it cloudy or pale or otherwise abnormal?
Have you been in contact with the vet about the medication not working? Since it's ineffective, you should ask them whether there is something else that could be tried.

When they did her dental, did they take x-rays to check her molar roots?
Also, how long has she been on antibiotics and which ones has she been given?
I agree that this could be dental related.

I rang the vet after a week they told me to use the drops and said there was no change and they suggested a dental cos she’s had it before and it clears up, she’s also suffered from conjunctivitis and and a ulcer and they both always cleared up with a antibiotic. It’s like white no smell like milky white. Gonna try and try and get a pic x

I'd ask them to do an x-ray, if only to rule out root problems.

They would probably prescribe long term metacam to ease any pain. A lot would depend on how severe it is.

They would put her on painkillers.
If the roots were very overgrown then she would also need CC. Unfortunately apart from CC and painkillers there's little that can be done about overgrown molar roots.
But only an x-ray can confirm it.
