Make sure its ventilated so she doesn't get too warm. Thank you all for helping me. Unfortunately she is now with Maja. Running, eating, and free from pain. Rest in peace, Vanilla. You were only 1,9 years old. Hope you're doing better up here.

Her sister is now like that, we are going to change the cage to see what is wrong. We saw it earlier so now im gonna be keeping her on food and water 24/7 and vet is today evening.

You mentioned that they get greens pretty often. What kind of greens are they getting? Generally, degus should have only very small amounts of fresh veggies and only once in a while (not many times a week, for example).
Have they gotten something different to eat lately? Has the cage been cleaned recently? Something like this is usually caused by the food, but it's also possible that something like dirty hay or food bowl might make them sick.
Anyway, the important thing is to get her to the vet quickly, and it's good that she's going quick. Be sure to mention that her sister just passed from this same thing, and that whatever they did to begin with did not help.

What's the green stuff in the bowl? It doesn't look like any degu food I've come across before.

She seems to be in discomfort here, but it looks like she is eating of her own volition, which is good, as it means she is not yet suffering from total gut stasis, which is what happens when animals like this no longer pass food through their system. There is more hope for her than her sister.
When you get to the vet, be sure to stress that her sister has just passed away from an intestinal issue. The vet might know already, in case it's the same one, but their behavior earlier with Milka leads me to believe that they are not too knowledgeable about animals like this.

Nono, i mentioned that they get them rarely since they dont like it very much, the past month they haven't gotten any... We didn't change their diet, cage has been cleaned just now, last time was two weeks ago, shes now in the cage, a bit more active than Vanilla was.. she is eating that is good, but still looks the same as Milka...

Its the uhh other flavor, not the apple n banana, and i add more water than required, but she loves it. She does also seem cold from other degus. Also, she seems to open her eye fully after i washed it with warm water that has been boiled, so thats a relief, we are going in an hour, so I'll update then.

I will, thank you, also i gave her a drop of semeticone since i felt her belly was a bit inflated so she did a super small poop, not a round one but a long one rather, she's also peeing, has peed two times now, but poop progress is not very good. I'll massage her belly more now, also, the vet is indeed different, because the one we go to usually is busy this all week, sadly that he doesn't have emergency appointments, but I'll try to get everyone to get checked in case.

Okay, i have been to the vet, he gave her painkillers and a thing to make her poop go out (like stimulate or smth) and i got a package of critical care. Vet said that she's really looking better than her sister, and her poop is just stuck (sorta slimy) in a line of around 1.5-2cm, he said she should be well:) she also pooped two times while going to the vet, small lil poops

As long as she's pooping, pooping means her gut is still working.

That's very good to hear. Make sure that she eats, but do not give her any fresh greens or anything else like that. Just pellets, hay and at most sunflower seeds or a peanut. It is very important that her stomach works as well as possible now. You can also keep giving her Critical Care, in case she eats that more readily than her normal food.
Degus are not suited to eating a lot of fresh vegetables, fresh grass or anything like that, and giving them any fresh greens needs to always be handled very carefully. I'm not sure what ultimately caused Milka and her sister to suffer from these issues, but if you have given them any new food, or a lot of fresh food, that could easily be the cause.

Could too much water in the critical care be causing more trouble than help? Just wondering if the extra water is making her feel full, when she's not actually getting much solid food because of all the water. What do you all think?
In any case, make sure they all have plenty of good, clean, dried hay to eat, and plenty of pellets. This rough fiber-filled food should help get their guts moving properly. Make sure the water bottles are clean and easily accessible, (they can build up dirt or bacteria inside that you wouldn't normally notice sometimes), as long as they can drink what they want there's probably no need to put quite so much water in the critical care.
And do you have some kind of warm pack, or a Snugglesafe, for her to help her stay warm? But something she can choose to get on or next to, and get off of if she gets too warm.

She isn't in her cage, because she won't move. Today is worse, she's not eating by her own will, and seems to give up slowly (falling on sides after i give her water) she has pooped yesterday abt 5 times, but today none. Isn't eating hay, pellets, nor water outside the cage nor inside. I don't have a snuggle safe as i mentioned before, but we are keeping her warm in towels and a fluffy warm bed, she doesn't seem to get any better. I'll try calling my old vet to see if he has space tomorrow.
