From what I can tell, enrocare is the same as baytril.
Personally, I'd keep her on the enrocare until you can speak to your vet on Monday, it may require further investigation to find out whats causing it.

Honestly i have no idea, he couldn’t find anything wrong, so yesterday she was bad sneezing and then she came out the cage for a run and now she’s barely sneezing

That sounds like its something in the cage. Has it been cleaned before or after the sneezing fits?

Definitely worth thinking about if there has been anything different in the cage or environment to set off the sneezing.
I can certainly see her shaking her head and scratching her ear towards the end of the video, she looks relaxed to me, and her condition looks slightly less good than Coco/Hazel to me, for what that's worth.
The correct thing to do really is to finish the course or antibiotics and then get back in touch with the vets, tell then any changes and ask what to do next. Is there another person at the vet practice that you think might be worth getting to have a look over her?

To me she looks slightly less 'with it' than the other two, almost as if she's tired. The antibiotics could be making her feel a little off.
But although she's not shunning hard food, she is eating more on the right side than the left.

I don't know. If you look at the video when she's eating, she's barely putting food in that left cheek, the right one looks full, but the left looks hollow.
When was she last sedated and her mouth checked with a scope?

Her body doesn't look as rounded and full at the back end, her sides go in very slightly around the hips when you look at her from some angles. It might be nothing, I just think it's worth taking into account deciding what to do next. My advice stands to finish the antibiotics and take her back to see the vet you think is the best.

I think having her sedated so they can look into her mouth and fully see things is a very good idea.

I think having her sedated so they can look into her mouth and fully see things is a very good idea. I rang the vets this morning and spoke to them how I don’t think the meds are working, how she’s not losing weight but she’s seems tried. She’s got an appointment Friday and most likely to go under for sedate, the signs now look like a dental/ mouth issues like waterly eye, you guys have noticed she’s eating more on the right then then the left, is sneezing and Headshaking a symptom of dental?
