She's fine if she's not limping drastically etc x I'm sure most of us have had them superman jump out of our hands/out of their cage. I've had mine leap for me when I open the cage door, but their sense of judgement is off and I'm not as close as they think I am, or they think they can jump further than they can, they've fell from 4 foot or so, always land on their feet and are fine. Just make sure she's not limping, no sign of injury, unable to climb or walk etc, or run on her wheel.

Initially she was probably shocked at the drop, but if she's walking and running okay now, then I wouldn't worry.

Spidey has hurled himself from over 1m up onto porcelain tiles and been fine. One of the pups also has kangaroo moments, randomly jumping repeatedly in front of a cupboard, reaching 60-70cm easily. Unless she's limping, she's fine.

The other day I had the door open and was sat down next to the cage having a chin wag with little Bella when my other half opened the back door, causing her to have such a fright that she lept hands and feet straight into my face! She landed fine, but I was much more shook up, I thought she was attacking me at first! I can see the funny side of it now though.
