Normally they wee in the front right corner of the cage. Suddenly they have moved slightly and I cleaned out the patch where they wee this morning, and now went in and it is like I never cleaned it in. I am not sure if this is normal for them to pee alot?

Weeing can be an indication of diabetes, but it's not an overnight change. Have they had anything new over the last couple of days?

Are they drinking more than normal? All the wee has to be generated from something. If not then check that they are not dehydrating.
It might be worth getting the vet to test it to see what's going on, just in case.

Is it an area that is covered in substrate, or that is typically bare? The place that they used to wee all the time, is it likewise either covered in substrate or bare? Is it possible that perhaps, for whatever crazy degu thinking, they are doing ALL of their peeing in that spot alone? I recall this happening in our cage over about a two week period and then it all went back to normal again. For whatever reason, it seemed as if they had unitedly conspired to thoroughly saturate that one corner. It was pretty gross. Then it stopped.

They have been drinking normally. I think DC might be right as they normally mainly pee on the bottom level but it isn't very damp there. They wee on substrate. The only new thing in their diet is dandelion forage from p@h. I will keep an eye on it.

Dandelion can be a diuretic but I can't say I've ever noticed an effect, maybe if they ate a lot of it and weren't used to it it could make a difference? My initial thoughts are what DC said, if they are spending more time in that area they will wee at the nearest potty location.
As long as they are drinking a similar amount and you aren't seeing any one degu drinking more or at odd times then it's probably OK.
