I'm really sorry for all my posts all over the forums, just I'm very stressed out. But anyway I was wondering how much it would be for a anaesthesia for a degu. Cos I'm thinking of having Cocos teeth check while under just incase?

I personally have no idea, love. Sorry. I hope that someone will be around in the morning to give you some ideas. I think it may vary a bit from clinic to clinic as well.

It will vary a lot. Give your clinic a ring and see what they say. They're already seeing hazel anyway, so they may have a rough estimate for you.

When my two have their teeth trimmed I usually pay around 40.00 for two degus which includes consultation and anesthetic but my vets r very good (I'm in there alot) and all vet costs vary maybe call up and get a quote? ** thats the total cost not per degu **

Anaesthesia, xrays, and removal of spurs cost me £130. Tbh it's nice to have a vet who not only knows what a degu is, but keeps them as pets, has done extensive research on them, particularly on pain medication

I kept ringing when they went into the vets for the day I worry so much. she said after the came around from the anesthetic, she told me seeing their small furris we keep them in the staff room , to keep a close eye on them.. She also said they was very lifey and the Carrier was shaking.
