I was giving them some treats and Finn got a little overexcited, leaned too far out and fell from the top level of the cage. He appeared to land head first, but luckily it was straight into their sand bath, which I think broke the fall. I checked him over, and apart from being a little stunned, he was fine, and quickly back to normal. Since then he's been a lot more aggressive when it comes to food. Lots of jumping, kicking grunting, whereas before he just used to whine a bit. That's the only thing thats changed, he behaves as normal otherwise. It may be a coincidence, because they're at the age where their hormones are raging, but I'm just wondering if there's any cause for concern.

I wouldn't worry too much, if he seems fairly well just keep an eye on him. He could be in a little pain, maybe he's got a headache, that's making him a bit grumpy.

Could be he has made an association between the fall and the desire for food that you wouldn't expect.
