Just in case you were interested, my aunties friend had two males, unfortunately one suddenly died so the little male has gone to keep the one left company so worked out in the end (if we sexed them right :/ lol) We are taking them for second opinion soon and hopefully we were right although I might try and take a photo or two to see what you think but I am finding it a little tricky at the mo - I haven't even been able to check the nervous one yet ha!

Any ideas on how to get a look at the small one's bits to check sex as still struggling and don't want to just grab her as only just got her to trust me. THe other two are easy peasy as they will do absolutely anything for a puffed rice so all I have to is hold one high up through the bars so they have to climb up front of cage to get it giving me a great view - the third one comes over for one and pretty much just looks at them and me as if raising her eyebrows and saying to me "hell no, unlike these two idiots, I am not a performing monkey, either give me a treat or go away" then walks off after a while lol! I wouldn't normally give puffed rice as treat - will only use for essential bribary such as this

You could put them in a glass mixing bowl, then hold it up and look. If they won't stay still for long enough, you could quickly take a picture while they are in the bowl, then look at the picture instead.

Yep, use of glass of sheet or mesh that allow you to get underneath. Or if you can get her to lean forwards and down and then look from behind or take photo. A piece of nut might work as a lure, they all have different weaknesses lol!
