Hey everyone! So i'm in the process of introducing 2 younger degus to 2 older ones and when they were in the cage together (dont worry i've been following all the proper steps before that ) 2 of them had a small scuffle and one of the degus now has 2 small cuts on her chin. They are both roughly 2-3mm in size and she isnt losing any blood, its more like a graze (it kinda looks like how carpet burn looks) And i was wondering if i should do anything to help her or are small cuts like that okay to just leave to naturally heal? Cheers!

As long as they are small and clean, I would leave them to heal themselves. :-)

2-3mm seems small to me, is that about right?

Yep, they should be fine. Just remove the sand bath for a few days til they've healed, it will reduce the risk of infection.

As long as the cut is small just leave it and don't touch the area. If the injury is worse, you can bathe it in lightly salty clean water.
