Many new cage builders have trouble figuring out how to go about certain things. We have lots of photos of the end results on our cage building guide - octodondegus.weebly.com/ - but no photos of ''How to do this or that !''
I have been working on this for a few days and will continue to do so until we have a large repertoire of useful ''How To'' illustrations.
This should prove useful to all those of you interested in the cage building project.
* Note: The cage building article on Octodondegus is being translated into french, hence why the illustrations below feature bilingual themes. These illustrations will soon be published on both the english and french guides.
What we have so far:
How to add levels to the cage
How to fit in the glass doors + install the door sliders
Protecting front of the cage (glass doors and plastic or aluminium sliders)
Protecting front of cage (wooden framed mesh doors and cage lip)

Air vents
