Glad she's over the worst today

I wonder if it's possible to just take the ovaries out and leave the womb, so it would be a much smaller operation? It's still going to be a major operation though, so pretty difficult to decide on. Probably worth asking the new vet about some kind of hormone injection for this time of year though.

I wonder if there are any herbal things that could help?

I know there's lots of herbal things that are supposed to help humans but I don't know about the effects on animals, I started doing some research but its not yielded anything promising yet so I'll keep going. I'll probably wait and see how the next oestrus goes for her and if its the same I'll take her to the vet so he can see the extent of the problem, I think he'll secretly like the challenge!

Pep started boxing with Dougal and wheel running so she's most probably going through it now but she's still very subtle.
