Hey,
Milka has been sleepy, not herself, not eating, (even treats!!) and has closed eyes most of the time. She doesnt move a lot, my degus have always been a bit too active when held in hands and just in general, while she just sits here (currently as im writing this ) and i gave her some water from the syringe, her teeth look good, but seems to have just no energy. Also her stomatch is making those gargling sounds sometimes. And shes cuddling with me rn and doing nothing but wanting to stay near us.
any help is appreciated

How long has she not been eating? Have you been feeding her any fresh veg or greens?

Does her stomach feel particularly round or bloated if you carefully feel it? What Deguconvert is probably wondering about is that it sounds like Milka is suffering from bloat, which is when gas gets trapped in their guts. This usually happens due to them eating greens or vegetables, but not always. The belly does not always bulge out, but if it does, that's a good indication that something's wrong.
In any case, it sounds like you should take her to a vet as soon as possible. Animals like degus will suffer severely from periods of fasting, and it can indicate that something is wrong or that there might be a blockage in the intestine. Without medical aid, this is invariably fatal. Bloat can be fatal as well if not treated.
Is she able to eat anything at all? If you try to give her treats, does it look like she just totally ignores them, or as if she'd want to eat them but cannot?
If it's bloat, the usual home remedy is to give the degu simethicone. You can find this in products aimed at young children to help them with trapped gas, and in some adult products as well, from most pharmacist. The pharmacist would be able to help with pointing out a product with simethicone in it. I would, as soon as possible, try to get some and administer a small amount of it to Milka, and also contact a vet. These issues can be very dangerous, so acting quickly is important.

I think she needs a vet as soon as possible.
The gurgling does sound like trapped wind, but the cuddling could indicate that she's feeling cold so she's looking for a heat source.
Personally I'd be contacting the vet ASAP.

Shes not eating at all, not even treats, she tried yesterday but she dropped it. No apetite, she looks very very fat, i will attach a pic. Today we took her to the vet, he gave her painkillers, some apetite booster, and the last one was for the blockage clearing, turns out she cant poop, due to blockage, she got some critical care but barely enough. shes not going anywhere, i am giving her water every 2h,but i dont want to overdose on food because vet said shes full of food. Im very concerned about her.

I was afraid of this. Intestinal blockages are really difficult to deal with. It's good that you got her to a vet, but I'm sorry to say that these is no simple or sure way to treat this. For now, it's important to keep her hydrated and have her eat what she can. You can also very gently try to rub or massage her belly with a couple of fingers and see if that might help (similarly to how babies are sometimes rubbed to help their guts work), but be mindful since it's very likely that she's tender there. Do not apply a lot of pressure, but simply stroke and rub along the stomach in small, circular motions. Keep it up for at least some minutes at a time.
I'll hope for the best for you! Are you in contact with the vet? You might also want to try the simethicone, but if it's an actual blockage, that is sadly not going to do much. Basically, the only thing now is to tend to her as much as possible, hope that the blockage clearing works and possibly try the gentle massage.
Animals like degus, rabbits and guinea pigs are, sadly, very vulnerable when something like this happens, and it's really hard to fix...

I thought about it for a moment, and I would actually recommend that you call the vet back and tell them that it's not clearing up. I don't want to sound too gloomy, but the prognosis for this is really bad, and my experience is that it will not clear on its own. If the blockage removers do not work, it's something that might actually require surgery to remove the obstruction.
Waiting to see how things turn out is likely to lead to a bad outcome, is my experience with this...

We are goinf to the vet tomorrow, i gave her a bit of semethicone with a tiny bit of water, she's still laying and a bit cold

I'm sorry you're both going through this.
Try to keep her warm as it will help with her digestive tract. Do you have a snugglesafe or something similar?

I'm hopung for the best for you! Keeping her hydrated and her belly working to whatever degree possible is important, as drying out will worsen the blockage. Keep her as comfortable as possible.
Do you have an estimate of how long she has been like this? It usually takes some time to notice, but for example can you think of when was the last time she got more food or hay? That's how we realised that a rabbit we had was having issues, her hay hadn't been touched at all.

This is the problem with most prey animals, you can't always spot the signs because they hide health issues so well.

I am and have been since the vet, shes always moving a bit till shes comfortable, poor baby, must hirt so much. I dont have a smuggle safe, but she is covered in a snuggly fluffy cloth and a warm towel, plus im always keeping her warm being near

Do you have a hot water bottle you could fill with warm, not too hot, water, wrap in a towel and place beneath her? If she's cold, her body heat alone will not be enough, she needs a heat source.

And make sure it doesn't leak. I put two bottles into the transportation basket, put a very warm snuggly green bed, shes very warm here, doesnt move how much she likes it, put some cotton balls on top of bottles so it feels more comfortable, im gonna be sleeping in the living room with her tonight, tomorrow we will get her to the vet. Hope she makes it tonight 🙏
