I've just noticed my degu frantically eating, then saw the whole bowl was now crumbs. Also pawing at her mouth. Her teeth look fine though, what could it be..?

Welcome to the forum.
It does sound like its her teeth. It impossible to get a good look at her molars without a vet scope and that's where the problem is likely to be. You need to get her to a degu experienced vet as soon as you can and she may need an xray to check her tooth roots.
In the meantime, do you have any critical care you can mix up and feed her with? Or something soft she was eat such as organic sugar free vegetable baby food? Its important to try to get some nutrition into her.

If you feed pellets, you could also soften some into a paste with a few drops of boiling water.

Wondering how your degu is doing and if you have taken her to see a vet - preferably one with lots of degu experience. How old is she?
