It’s quite bad isn’t it that’s zoomed in so it looks big in that photo because it’s close up but still bad I think it’s just his time now and I will have to just take him and make that discussion as he isn’t doing to good not being able to eat for himself and his penis is still prolapse plus all what he has been through he is a real little fighter I feel so bad and guilty as I never know if I’m doing the right thing it’s so hard

WOW! That is a fair size, though. I can't tell by looking if it is a pocket of puss or a growth. Are you able to touch it, to see if it is hard and firm, or if it is kind of soft?
If it is a puss pocket and were emptied, with antibiotics and daily care, he should be able to recover from it. If it is a growth . . . well . . . I guess you'd have to ask the vet for his/her thoughts.

Erm I think it’s soft it moves when you touch it I think it is full of pus though I did tell the vet ages ago about it but they just left it which I was annoyed about and then they said also that they wasn’t sure if it’s his roots it has got a bit bigger since when I first noticed it he tries scratching it too it’s not like shadows lump which they said was cancer hers was hard and flat in her skin this is soft and moves around I think it does need draining but I don’t know I’m not a vet what are your thoughts on what I should do next with everything

Is it on his upper or lower jaw? My concern is that there is another dental issue causing the lump, and he's had a dental since the lump has been there, so the vet is unable or unwilling to do anything about the dental cause, so even if it's an abscess and it was drained, I'm not sure the cause is treatable.
I think with his weight loss being so dramatic, I think you probably need to decide fairly soon.
By all means have a vet look at him and the lump, but I would do it prepared to let him go.

It’s on the lower jaw he has had this lump right from the beginning of when he first had his teeth done he had them in his lower right and left side although the left side cleared up and went from the antibiotics but the right side never did clear up and now it’s like this he has put weight on since yesterday he is at 168g today yesterday he was 161g so that’s a little bit better as long as he isn’t losing it I think the antibiotics are helping although I think he needs different ones I think I am prepared for letting him go this time it’s been such a roller coaster with him I’ve said goodbye to him lots of times thinking it’s the end so I know it’s coming I am really worried and upset by it especially because I lost shadow not long ago too it’s so hard saying goodbye especially when you have had them a long time
