has anyone found a good forage supplier in the UK? I used to get it from Hannsmans but they kept getting my orders wrong so I had to give up with them

Another one found today via eBay by typing "degu" into the search bar. Different mixes, and a discount for each additional same bag purchased!

Good find, Bouncy!
Savvy . . . that sounds alarming! Is it illness in their staff . . . or unable to find enough people that can work? I'm leaning toward illness. That is really difficult for all of them. And all of their customers. I pray they will all recover well!

I think it's the age of their staff. The website does say that most are isolating or shielding. Plus if they've had their usual return from the Christmas break, they've come in to loads of awaiting orders so the few staff they have got who can work are getting swamped.

I've just got an update on ratrations,. 75% of their staff are currently off work through shielding and they received almost 700 orders over Christmas. They are hoping to be open for new orders as soon as possible, but urge people only to order what they need and not to bulk buy. Anyone waiting for orders, they are working as hard answer fast as they can.

Ratrations are back, but still struggling under the weight of orders and low staff numbers.

Hey Butters!! So good to see you!! Those links and the foods contained in them look AMAZING!! Thank you for those!
Savvy . . . I'm glad they are back, but the weight of the large number of orders, and assuming they are not just a handful of small bags . . . they will be exhausted! I feel for them!

Quick update on Galen's Garden....
I ordered a bag each of four different mixes. So far, they've had two. I'll update this post as they try each one.
Green oats, leaf and flower - this was an immediate hit! I've never seen either group eat every last morsel in their bowls, especially the Oldies.
Alpine flower - this isn't really a forage mix. It's a rather nice hay mixed with flowers. When I put it in the bowl, the goos gave me a confused look, but tucked in. Not as popular, they tended to first pick out the flowers, then eat the hay. I've mixed it in with the oats mix.
