To me, she just seems to be chilling. Her eyes look bright, she's not puffed up, you say she's eating. Is she peeing and pooing normally?

I don't see anything that sets off alarms . . . she looks kind of sleepy and contented.

I think when they are younger they are either eating, trotting about or sleeping and then as they get older they spend less time on the move and tend to enjoy more time observing and hanging out.
It is always a very fine line when you are on the lookout for strange behaviour and initial signs of illness. I think you are actually really good at spotting unusual things in your degus and although it has caused you a lot of stress in the past I think your instincts are good and it serves you well, so I don't like to just give you blanket reassurance. A couple of my degus did start hanging out in a new location when I look back at their ill health starting, but equally degus sometimes just adopt a new hanging out place, so I don't think this is a useful sign. For it to be concerning I think you would also need weight loss or more rapid breathing or a change in eating habits or something more. Carry on with weighing them regularly. Fudge looks completely normal to me in the video.
