Apologies if I'm being a bit dense here, but where are you planning on using it?
I'm asking as we can advise further if we know your plans better.

Do you want to put it in their boxes (in strips or as a lining) or as hamocks?

Sorry was cooking dinner.
Lining for thier cage floors. We use coco liner atm but it's getting expensive and annoying to cut

Ah, with you now. The issues you're going to get with using fleece as a cage liner is that it's not great at holding water so urine is going to pool and start to stink, it will need to be changed frequently, and I do mean frequently because of the smell. You will also get wet degus if they are sleeping in it. It will need something underneath such as puppy pads to help with absorption. It's also made of plastic which means it will put tiny plastic particles into the water when it's washed. You will probably need at least three sets, one in the cage, one ready to go in the cage and one in the wash.
Also, if your degus rip it up and get to the pads beneath, they aren't good for them if they chew them.
Apart from coco liners, have you tried anything else?

Just lose bedding before. It went everywhere. I was thinking of trying bath mats aswell. I suppose I'm feed up with the coco liner now

Bath mats may have loops that little toes and claws can get caught in.
Have you tried putting guards around the cage, such as perspex to keep loose substrate in?

Ahh just stick to with what I know. Didn't really like the lose stuff for them.
Thanks anyway

There's a much greater choice with loose bedding than sheets and as far as I know, coco liner is the only one which works well, but others may know better than me.

There is a thread here you might find something useful in deguworld.proboards.com/thread/21504/fleeceI know it doesn't happen often, but I would have a concern about them getting their nails caught up in large areas of fabric and then possibly panicking and getting themselves in trouble. Some people have found they can split coco or hemp liners and get double the area from them to make them more cost effective, if that would help. Depending on what cage you have, you might be able to make or buy wooden shelf edging more easily than you think that might be more cost effective in the long term.

Sounds like you've made your mind up. I used fleece for floor covering for a month or two while I had a degu with open wounds. It wasn't good. My washing machine got ruined, I was having to change to every few days as it stank and they did chew it. The only good thing was it was very easy to hoover up all the poops off it. I have covered my cage in perspex and use loose bedding - it is so effective and definitely worth the money. Obviously you still get mess - you will never stop degu mess! But it is drastically reduced. deguworld.proboards.com/thread/21996/project perspex here is what I did if you are interested.
