So my mum brought a bed and on the order it says cat bed, it came on this is the size of it. Mum has given it coco and hazel. Okay for the degus? She’s gonna order snowball and fudge one.

I've used one of those when my goos were unwell, so I could put the degu in the snugglebed on a heated thing, and put that on my desk. Degu being ill meant degu less run-away-y, more inclined to curl up in bed and stay put, which meant I could keep an eye on them while doing uni work or whatever.
That said, I've never used it inside my degu cages as there simply isn't enough room! Does it say what stuffing it has inside? If it's natural (cotton etc) it should be ok if they chew it, but if it's stuffed with polyester or an artificial fibre I wouldn't let them have it unsupervised, I don't think polyester is good for eating. (Mine would chew a hole in it, pull the stuffing out, try to eat some and stuff the rest into their bedding pile)

Polycotton is a polyester and cotton combination, which will not be good if the degus start to pull on it and/or get entangled. It is likely the outer material, and could also be any of the stuffing in the walls of it. The nylon . . . completely synthetic and really nasty for the degus. It looks so snuggly and soft, but I have some doubts.

I would really like to keep it because I know coco will love it when she gets used to it.

I would keep a very very close eye on them and if there is any pulling/chewing of the bed remove it immediately
