I've noticed over the last week or two Nero has especially seemed to have gained a lot of weight, she looks quite a bit different to the other two girls but I have no idea if she has ever been in with a male as I don't know her history before I got her. It will be coming up to around 3 months since I had her so if she is I assume she will have pups anytime soon. Her and Dante were the last ones I was expecting to be pregnant which makes me wonder what if Dante is as well plus the likely chance of Quillo being pregnant I'm going to be overrun! Is there anyway to know if she is pregnant or just fat other than waiting and seeing?

It's difficult to see without a before and after, but have you been weighing them?

I think she looks pregnant alright. That kind of rapid shift in weight and size is unusual in any other case or cause. I don't think there is much doubt. Pups are coming. Are you seeing that change with the other two at all?

This is a photo of her before Only a couple of weeks ago. In slightly worried as she had spent the past 30-40 minutes just led down at the bottom of the cage when the other two are up and running around still, she is normally the last one to settle down and if the other two get too near her she gives of a back off squeak.

Haven't seen much of a change in the other two, though for Quillo it would still be too early but Dante seems pretty much the same.

Yikes!
When this happened to me (adopted 4 "female" goos then a couple of months later one miscarried. Insisted they were all female, but on a second look and the help of this forum...) I discovered that one of my four females was actually a male. (Separated him out but it was too late – the other two were already pregnant.) Lilac gave birth in September and Peridot gave birth almost exactly a month later in October.
I was/am overrun but have managed to deal with it the past four years. (I hope for your sake, though, that not all three are pregnant.)

All seems normal this morning, she nearly gave me a heart attack when she was just led down in the middle of the cage doing nothing and warning the other 2 not to come near her which is not like her at all. If she is I have no idea how far along she would be but guessing probably quite close.

Ah, the patter of tiny paws!
I hope all goes well. Have you started looking at the layout of the cage, to make sure it's baby goo proof?

I think it is baby goo proof, bar spacing is approx 1cm, I may have to move their ropes up higher so they can't climb onto the higher levels but I think all should be ok...I hope!

Pups are very tiny, and VERY mobile, sometimes exploring before they are a day old! By the time they are four days old they will be driving their mother crazy with their activity. A centimeter should be good, but you might still want to line the outside of your bars with cardboard to prevent any houdini like escapes.

Will keep that in mind if she does have any, have plenty of cardboard around so should be easy enough to do. I'm kind of hoping that she does have pups but at the same time hoping she doesn't if that makes sense.

LOL! Totally!! I have been there, and though I did not regret the first lot we had, the second lot, and then the third brought about a 8 - 10 week old male, were much more stressful. The pups themselves are amazing and totally adorable, but placing them into good homes, that was much more difficult to do. Not a great demand for them here.

I have one person who may be interested in a pair but it depends on how many she has as I wouldn't mind keeping some.
All seems normal today however she seems to be having slight difficulty jumping on things which she has never had problems doing so before.

I'd bet she's about to have babies, indeed. Does she have a safe, cozy nest to have them in?

Yea, she has s Guinea pig igloo thing, which they have obviously made some slight renovations to and possibly has nearly two entire rolls of toilet paper in there as well! The odd thing is she doesn't seem that different only a couple of small things like not being able to jump as well and her occasionally 30 min rest doing nothing, and obviously how big she is. Everything else is normal she still causes ww3 over food and anything that could possibly be food and in general seems pretty normal.

Sounds about right! They don't typically give too much away.

Nero today, sorry for the bad picture but if I open the cage door she's out like a flash!

Have you got a record of her weight going back a few weeks? Any sign of nipples if you can get her to reach up and show you her front?

No weight record unfortunately :/ I've been trying to see if I can feel her nipples but as far as I can tell nothing.
