I think pak choy is the same as bok choy/ choi.
Did they have anything else that might be suitable in the reptile section? I've seen that tortoises need a diet pretty similar to degus. You might find some pressed grass or meadow cob things.

They don't have anything like that unfortunately. The two others like this one were for fruit eating reptiles and had strawberries and bananas and mangos etc. Everything else they sell also either contains fruit or insects.

I didn't realise they could have cumin and coriander. As a huge curry fan I have loads. They just tried it and are now going nuts for more Does anyone no if they can have mustard seeds, I,m sure I saw somewhere about mustard cress but not really sure if that's a totally different kind of mustard :/

Mustard seeds are safe, brown mustard seeds (Brassica nigra)and yellow (Sinapis alba).
Can you let us know how they continue with the coriander and cumin? There's not tons of experience with their use but Fred discovered they have good calcium content, so they are potentially good choices.

So i just stopped by the pet store to pick up some degu food, and I always browse the bird, small animal and reptile aisles to see if there are any yummy veggie treats I can offer my boys... And I found this bag of stuff that i thought looked good. The only thing I think they can't have as far as I know is the pine cones but they're big enough to pull out. Please let me know if there's anything else in here they can't have. Also Don't know for sure about the leeks or carob beans?? Here's the bag It has... Ground Timothy hay, dried parsley, dehydrated carrots, carob beans, dehydrated Savoy cabbage, dehydrated celery, pine cones, dehydrated leeks, red bell peppers, chopped alfalfa hay, chopped Timothy grass hay, dried bay leaves, dried calendula flowers Thanks!

Carob beans are quite high in sugar but if it's just the odd one then it should be okay leeks are fine as well!

Okay thanks! I'm correct with the pine cones right? They can't have those? And everything else looks good?

Okay thanks and I just stopped by the fresh market to look at some stuff for myself and picked up some lavender seeds, brown flax seeds, whole fennel seeds, and black sesame seeds. Can they have these?

Sorry, just remembered this, flax and fennel are definitely fine and are good choices, fennel for calcium and flax for coat quality. I'd never heard of black sesame, but it seems to be closely related to normal sesame, so should be OK, lavender should also be OK as the plant is safe, but I'm not sure the degus will be keen on it. Maybe you could report back?

Yes they can have flax and fennel from supermarket.
Yes they can have the nibbling pumice thing, but they might not be very interested in it. Have you seen the degu seed mix at Ratrations? it is a good choice.
