I think if you can get her to a vet and have her injuries checked out, you should. She may need some antibiotics, and a puncture wound is serious and should not be left without being seen. I agree with Smux, you need to keep Lola apart and let her heal. That will likely be at least a week or two. I also wonder if Charlie may need to be spayed . . . she is following a pattern that doesn't bode well for future reunions or cage mates. Perhaps if she is spayed it will remove the hormonal impetus and improve her odds, as well as Lolas?
I'm so sorry that this has happened. I expect that Lola is feeling pretty badly, poor little girl!

I'm glad she is feeling OK enough to be eating and moving around fine. I'm glad you have called the vet and got their perspective on her. Sounds like it's just letting her heal now. You will want to get them each out, individually, and give them lots of loving. They'll be needing that, since Charlie is being so aggressive at the moment.

May sound strange, but I think Charlie has really hurt Lola's feelings and damaged her trust. I'm not surprised that she's turned her back on Charlie. It could take a while. You'll need to be patient.
